The rule worth knowing about
Crosstalk has a rule Codenames doesn't: if two players write the same clue, both are struck before the guesser sees anything. It sounds like a small tweak and it changes the whole game — the first word in your head is the one everyone else also thought of, so being genuinely useful means being second-most obvious rather than most.
