Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Blip Party when you use the games or website. By playing or hosting, you accept them.
Using Blip Party
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blip Party. Anyone can join or host a room as a guest for free; some features need a registered account, and some host features require a paid upgrade. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Acceptable use
While using Blip Party you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, illegal or sexually explicit content.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Disrupt rooms, overload the service, or attempt to break its security.
- Impersonate others or submit content you don’t have the right to share.
We may remove content, close rooms, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, drawings, messages and answers you create in Blip Party. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the service as needed to run the games. You’re responsible for what you submit, and we’re not responsible for content created by players.
Purchases & subscriptions
Paid upgrades and subscriptions are billed through our payments provider, RevenueCat, together with the relevant app store or payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the store or processor you bought through, subject to their terms — manage or cancel from there. We may change prices or what a plan includes; changes won’t affect a billing period you’ve already paid for.
Availability
Blip Party is provided “as is”. It’s a party game, not critical infrastructure — we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and rooms may end if a host disconnects. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blip Party isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will revise the “last updated” date above; continuing to use Blip Party means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
