Never Have I Ever online, with one change that makes it a game rather than a conversation starter: you confess in secret, and then you score for guessing what everybody else confessed. Nobody has to announce anything out loud, and there's nothing to drink.
Each round drops a “never have I ever…” statement. You privately mark whether you have or you haven't, then you predict which of your friends has. The reveal lays every confession bare at once — which is both the payoff and, reliably, the start of an argument.

How to play Never Have I Ever
The host picks a spice tier
Clean is safe for any group including workmates and family. Spicy is the standard party tier. Wild is 18+ and sits behind a one-time age gate. Pick this deliberately — the tier sets the tone for the whole game and the host is choosing on everyone's behalf.
Everyone joins with the room code
Players enter the 4-letter code on their own phone. Because every confession stays on your own screen until the reveal, everyone genuinely needs their own device for this one.
Confess in secret
The statement appears and you privately answer: have, or never. Nobody sees your answer yet, including the host, and there's no way to change it once the round closes.
Read the room
In the same round you also predict who else has done it. This is the scoring half of the game — the confession is just the input, and knowing your friends is what actually earns points.
The reveal
Every confession goes up at once alongside how well each person read the room. Rounds are about 30 seconds each, so the game moves quickly between them.

How scoring works
You score for each player you correctly predicted — 100 points per correct read. Your own confession is worth nothing on its own; it exists so other people have something to guess.
Reading every single player correctly in a round earns a bonus on top, so a perfect read is worth noticeably more than getting most of them right. That's the swing that decides close games.
Correct reads also build a streak across rounds, and a round where you bank nothing resets it. The winner is whoever knows the room best, not whoever has the most colourful history.
Tips for winning Never Have I Ever
- Predict the person, not the statement. The question is never “is this a common thing to have done” — it's “would this specific friend have done it”.
- Use earlier reveals. Every round tells you more about everyone, so late-game reads should be much better informed than your first ones.
- Don't assume symmetry: the quiet one in the group is not reliably the innocent one, and the loud one is not reliably guilty.
- Hosting a mixed group — colleagues, partners, parents — start on Clean. You can always run the next game hotter; you can't un-see a Wild round.
